At Ostwald Bros, we understand the importance of training and development for ensuring the capability of our workforce. Our recruitment induction and training policy enables us to attract and retain highly talented and capable people to safely deliver our projects. A major part of our recruitment focuses on employing people from the local areas where we work. This supports regional business growth, and lays the foundation of a reliable workforce.

We offer diesel fitter and boilermaker apprenticeships at the start of each year and nominations are welcome from mid-July. 

We tailor professional development and training to the needs of each employee. Our ongoing training programs provide them with opportunities to both acquire new skills and reinforce their existing abilities.
