Ostwald Bros is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to be based in Dalby, Queensland. The successful candidate will possess a resolute commitment to excellence in the field of Maintenance Management for our extensive internal fleet of plant and equipment. Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include delivering cost effective plant and equipment reliability and increased availability, developing and monitoring budgets to reduce overall maintenance cost of assests, oversee the performance of service workhsops and field operations maximising financial perofrmance, continuing implementation, review and improvement of maintenance procedures and practices, oversee the proactive planning for scheduled and breakdown maintenance of all Plant & Equipment, daily management of approximately 50 fulltime and contract staff including apprentices. You shall be able to actively demonstrate extensive experience in the maintenance management of a heavy equipment fleets. An excellent knowledge of Caterpillar Service Information Systems (SIS), Electronic Technician (ET) and Microsoft suite. Demonstrated ability to utilise plant management software - Pronto XI will be well regarded. Above all your commitment to our Zero Harm philosophy will be unquestionable.



We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Truck Mechanic / Diesel Fitter, to join our workshop team. Working in a state-of-the-art maintenance facility, on our modern transport fleet of Kenworth prime movers. To be the successful applicant you MUST have the following: - Trade Qualified Diesel Fitter - Blue/White card - Experienced semi-trailer maintenance and repair.



Ostwald Bros Civil is seeking a customer focused IT Support Officer to provide user friendly and efficient IT support for staff. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide IT support to our head office in Dalby and to remote sites across Qld. Required Skills and Experience: * Minimum of 2 years in IT industry * High level of customer service skills * High level of knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office * Capacity to work well both independently and in a team * Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain English * Demonstrated ability to provide high quality work to time lines * Demonstrated ability to configure and support geographically remote sites



Ostwald Bros is looking for several chefs / cooks / cleaners who enjoy working in a small and friendly team, who can prepare, cook and present first rate home style meals. These positions are live in site based. Working roster of 2 weeks on, 1 week off. Can you work with minimal supervision? Do you have impeccable hygiene standards? Are you self motivated. Ostwald Bros employs experienced diesel fitters at its Plant and Maintenance Division in Dalby. We are seeking qualified fitters committed to delivering a high standard of maintenance to work full-time at the Dalby workshop . You will have a trade Qualification and HR Licence. Experience with earthmoving equipment/modern transport fleet will be highly regarded.



Ostwald Bros is looking for experienced Truck Drivers with a current MC drivers licence, a clean driving history and a commitment to safety. For insurance purposes drivers must be over 25 years of age. Suitable applicants will hold or be prepared to obtain a construction induction card (QLD Blue Card or National White Card); QLD Coal board medical certificate; QLD Generic coal mine induction passport; fatigue management training. You will have a been driving for a minimum of three years and experience with side tippers will be highly regarded.
